Eat-the-Frog
"Eat-the-Frog" is a time management technique where you start your day by tackling your most challenging task, or "the frog."

Start working on your time management with the Eat the Frog method (Pick) for the next 30 days. Reflect weekly and analyze results at the end of the month (Trick).
Did it work? Great, keep going (Stick)!
Not for you? No problem, try one of the other methods (Pick).
How to apply?
Step 1: List Your Tasks
Write down all the tasks you need to accomplish.

Step 2: Categorize with ABCDE
Assign a letter to each task:

-
A: Must do – Must happen today, important for result.
-
B: Should do – Preferably done today; acceptable to postpone to tomorrow.
-
C: Nice to do – Tasks to tackle if time permits.
-
D: Not urgent – Tasks that are not time-sensitive.
-
E: Eliminate – Unnecessary tasks & not even your responsibility
Step 3: Prioritize Within Each Category
Prioritize tasks within each category (e.g., A1, A2, A3).

Step 4: Eat the Frog
Start your day by completing your most important task (A1).

Step 5: Follow Through
After finishing A1, move to the next task (A2), then proceed to B tasks, and so on.
This approach ensures you tackle the most critical tasks first, improving productivity and time management.
